See your problem is you put too small of screws straight into the ceiling drywall…. you should’ve located a joist and screwed into that with at least a 3-inch #10 screw.
So what you’re saying is she used something too small to screw with?
Or she didn’t tighten the bolts and left the pole overnight. They say to tighten it and leave it overnight to see if the ceiling isn’t warped.
