Most awesome roti prata maker evar!! It’s basically an Indian version of pita bread, to be eaten with curry. That said, they usually aren’t that epic in their making of it.
He’s touching nothing aside from the food, and he probably washed his hands before working. The food is also raw so most of the cross-contamination would be cooked off. Mind you, if some nose-pickin’ twelve-year-old snot thinks he can catch one out of the air, that’s not very hygenic.

What you don’t see are the guys hanging from the rafters dropping toppings onto the crusts as they fly by!
