True story, though I guess being in a gym takes another aspect of parkour away from it, being that it’s not outside in free air.
Agreed, freerunning it is!
Not entirely true. Flipping has it’s values in getting from point A to point B. Learning parkour you should learn all of your flips and layouts in order to learn how your body moves. Needless flips are probably what you mean, and that is not a fair assessment in a gym environment.
